By using Vizyoner (the "app") you agree to these terms. The app is provided to let users audit the security configuration of their own systems.

You agree to use the app only in compliance with applicable law. The app is provided "as is" with no warranty, including fitness for a particular purpose. Vizyoner is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app.

Your right to use the app may end if you breach these terms. We may update these terms from time to time and will post material changes on this page.

Vizyoner is a security auditing tool and must be used ONLY on systems you own or have explicit written permission to test.

Unauthorized scanning, port probing, or running any active tool against other systems may be illegal and is strictly prohibited. Active tools run only against targets whose ownership is proven via DNS TXT verification or the server allowlist.

You are solely responsible for any use that violates this policy. Vizyoner cannot be held responsible for consequences arising from misuse of the tool.

We care about your privacy. The audit engine runs in the desktop app, on your own machine; scan results stay on your device by default and are not sent to our servers.

When you visit the website we process only the minimal technical data needed for the service to function. We do not use marketing tracking cookies. If you create an account, your email address is used only for authentication, licensing and update notifications.

You may contact us to request deletion of your data.

The website uses only functional local storage: to remember your chosen language and theme in your browser. This data stays on your device and is not shared with third parties.

We do not use third-party cookies for advertising or analytics.

When a paid plan is offered, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not substantially used the service. Contact support for refund requests.

All features are currently free; this policy applies once paid plans are introduced.

Vizyoner provides a passive configuration and header audit and is not a substitute for an active penetration test. The absence of a finding does not prove a system is secure.

Results are informational. For critical systems, a professional assessment by a qualified security expert is recommended.
